These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of CodeSprintCreations's Website and Services.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use CodeSprintCreations if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Products and Services

CodeSprintCreations provides digital academic and professional tech projects ("Digital Products"). These products include source code and, where specified, documentation and related digital assets. All products are delivered electronically via digital download upon successful payment. **Note: Detailed project documentation (such as SRS, ER diagrams, etc.) is optional and only included if explicitly listed on the project detail page.**

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We use secure third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe/Razorpay) to process payments. We do not store your credit card details.

4. Delivery / Shipping Policy

As our products are purely digital, no physical shipping takes place. Upon successful completion of a transaction, digital products will be immediately available for download from your user dashboard ("My Projects" section). Delivery is considered complete once the download link is made available to your account.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the irreversible nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations once a digital product has been downloaded. Exceptions may be made strictly at our discretion in cases where:

• The digital file is proven to be completely corrupted or fundamentally defective.
• The product vastly misrepresents its description.
• The product description explicitly listed project documentation as included, but none was provided. **Note: Project documentation is only included if explicitly listed on the project detail page. No refunds will be issued for lack of documentation if it was not promised for that specific project.**

Any refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

6. License and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, CodeSprintCreations and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on CodeSprintCreations. You may access this from CodeSprintCreations for your own personal educational use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from CodeSprintCreations without explicit permission.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from CodeSprintCreations.
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from CodeSprintCreations for commercial resale.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
