At CodeSprintCreations, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on CodeSprintCreations are digital goods — source code, documentation, and related digital assets delivered electronically. Due to the irreversible and instantly accessible nature of digital products, our refund policy is structured accordingly.

2. No-Refund Default Policy

Once a digital product has been successfully delivered and made available for download in your dashboard, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations. This is because the product has already been transferred to you in full.

3. Eligibility for Refund

We may grant a refund strictly at our discretion in the following exceptional circumstances:

• The digital file delivered is completely corrupted and cannot be opened or used.
• The product fundamentally misrepresents its listed description or features (e.g. promising documentation on the project details page but failing to provide it).
• A duplicate purchase was made by accident for the same product.
• A technical error on our platform caused a charge without successful delivery.

Note on Documentation: Detailed project documentation (such as SRS, ER diagrams, or slides) is optional and only provided if explicitly listed as included on that specific project's detail page. No refunds will be issued on the basis of missing documentation if it was not advertised as included for that project.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

• Contact us at support@codesprintcreations.com within 7 days of your purchase date.
• Include your Order ID, the project name, and a clear description of the issue.
• Provide supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots) where applicable.

Requests submitted after 7 days of purchase will not be considered.

5. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

6. Cancellation Policy

Since all purchases are for instant-access digital products, cancellations are not possible once the order has been placed and the product has been made available in your dashboard. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
