1. Digital Delivery Only

All products offered on CodeSprintCreations are 100% digital. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. No physical delivery, shipping, or courier service is involved in any transaction on our platform.

2. Instant Delivery

Upon successful completion of a payment, your purchased project is immediately made available in your user dashboard under the "My Projects" section. There is no waiting period — access is granted in real-time after payment confirmation.

3. What You Receive

Depending on the project purchased, your delivery may include:

• Source Code ZIP File — Fully functional, ready-to-deploy project source code.
• Documentation PDF — Setup guides, SRS documents, ER diagrams, or user manuals (only if explicitly specified as included on the project detail page).
• Demo Video Link — A link to a walkthrough or demo video (where applicable).

4. How to Access Your Delivery

To access your purchased products:

• Log in to your CodeSprintCreations account.
• Navigate to the My Projects (Dashboard) section from the top navigation bar.
• Click the Download Source Code or Download Documentation button next to the project.

5. Email Notification

After a successful purchase, a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address containing your order details. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox within a few minutes.

6. Delivery Failures

In the rare event that your purchase was successful but the project is not appearing in your dashboard, please:

• Wait a few minutes and refresh your dashboard.
• Contact us at support@codesprintcreations.com with your Order ID and we will resolve the issue promptly.
